Terms of Service

Veloqit provides AI-powered software-as-a-service platforms for service businesses. Our current and planned products include:

• Veloqit Bloom — an AI-powered salon management platform offering appointment scheduling, customer CRM, billing and invoicing, staff management, WhatsApp automation, analytics, and multi-branch support.
• Veloqit Fleet (planned) — a transportation ERP for travel and mobility businesses. Terms specific to Fleet will be added here when it becomes available.
• Veloqit Secure (planned) — a cybersecurity and VAPT automation platform. Terms specific to Secure will be added here when it becomes available.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. These Terms apply to all Veloqit products unless a product-specific agreement states otherwise.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

• Free trial. Eligible plans include a 14-day free trial. We do not charge you during the trial; your subscription begins only if you choose to convert to a paid plan.
• Plans & fees. Paid subscriptions are offered on monthly or annual billing cycles at the prices displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise indicated and are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST), which will be added where required.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal.
• Cancellation & refunds. You may cancel at any time. Refund eligibility and the cancellation process are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You agree not to, and not to permit others to:

• Use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Send spam or unsolicited messages, or use our WhatsApp/email features in violation of applicable messaging, anti-spam, or telemarketing laws or the policies of Meta/WhatsApp and other providers.
• Upload data you do not have the right to use, or infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the services or their security.
• Resell or sublicense the services without our written consent.

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the services. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that data solely to provide and improve the services. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents for any personal data you upload about your own customers.

The services, including all software, designs, text, and branding (excluding your data), are owned by Veloqit Technologies Private Limited or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you under these Terms, we reserve all rights in and to the services.

We strive to keep the services available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veloqit Technologies Private Limited and its directors, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veloqit Technologies Private Limited from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

You may stop using the services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the services in a way that risks harm to us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as payment obligations, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
