Information you provide to us

  • Account & contact details — your name, phone number, and email address when you sign up, request early access, or contact us.
  • Business data (Bloom customers) — information you enter to run your business on our platform, such as your clients' names and contact details, staff records, appointments and schedules, billing and invoice records, and service catalogue.
  • Payment information — processed by our payment gateway; we do not store your full card or bank details on our servers (see “Third-Party Processors”).
  • Communications — messages you send us by email, contact form, or WhatsApp, and our correspondence with you.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interactions, collected to operate and improve the service.
  • Error & diagnostic data — technical logs captured when something goes wrong, to help us diagnose and fix issues.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve our products and services.
  • Process transactions, manage subscriptions, and send related information such as invoices and renewal notices.
  • Enable product features you request — for example, sending appointment reminders and confirmations to your customers over WhatsApp on your behalf.
  • Respond to your enquiries, provide customer support, and send service-related communications.
  • Monitor usage, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, and secure our platform.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. Third-Party Processors We Share Data With

We use trusted third-party service providers (“sub-processors”) to operate our services. These providers process data only on our instructions and under contractual confidentiality and security obligations. The key processors we rely on are:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and application data hosting.
  • Razorpay — payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Twilio / Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) — sending WhatsApp messages such as reminders, confirmations, and notifications.
  • Resend — transactional and account-related email delivery.
  • Anthropic — AI/large-language-model processing that powers intelligent features within our products.
  • Sentry — error monitoring and performance diagnostics.
  • Vercel — website and application hosting and content delivery.

We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Veloqit, our users, or others.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal and business data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. After account closure, we retain data only as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, tax and accounting records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal data, to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and to object to or restrict certain processing. If you are a Bloom customer, note that for the business data you upload about your own clients, you are the controller and we act as your processor.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring — to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
