Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions to Veloqit Technologies Private Limited products (including Veloqit Bloom) can be cancelled, when refunds are available, and how long refunds take to process. Payments are collected securely through our payment gateway, Razorpay.

1. Free Trial — No Charge Until You Convert

Eligible plans include a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial period. Your card or payment method is billed only if and when you choose to convert to a paid subscription. If you do not convert before the trial ends, your access will simply pause or downgrade and no payment will be taken.

2. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. To cancel:

  • Cancel directly from your account's billing/subscription settings within the product, or
  • Email us at info@veloqit.com with your account details and a request to cancel.

When you cancel, auto-renewal is turned off and you will not be charged again. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which it will not renew.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Trial period: No charge is made during the free trial, so there is nothing to refund for the trial itself.
  • Monthly plans: Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once charged. When you cancel, you retain access for the remainder of the paid month, and you are not billed for the next month.
  • Annual plans: If you cancel an annual plan, you may request a pro-rated refund for the complete, unused months remaining in your billing period, less any applicable transaction or processing fees. The month in which you cancel is treated as used and is not refunded.
  • Billing errors & duplicate charges: If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after a valid cancellation, we will refund the incorrect amount in full.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

Except as described above or where required by law, the following are non-refundable: amounts for a billing period that has already been substantially used, add-on or usage-based charges that have already been consumed (for example, messaging or third-party pass-through costs), and applicable taxes already remitted.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info@veloqit.com from the email address associated with your account, including your account name and the payment reference or invoice number. We will review the request and confirm your eligibility.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved, we will initiate it to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. After we initiate the refund, it typically takes an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer and Razorpay's processing times.
